Tips for drawing in pencil portrait

If your masterpiece pencil portrait will depend largely on the type and quality of the drawing tools. This applies to every vessel. This article will present an overview of the pencil tool a professional artist who uses when you draw with a pencil portrait.

What you need to draw pencil portraits? At a minimum, of course, is a paper and pencil. Needs a little device is at the same time plus and challenge. Art is drawing what sport of boxing. The drawing boards. 1/4 inch tempered Masonite or make Plexiglas Board not less than 16 x 20 inches.

Masking tape or Clip. Use these pages correctly on your Board and ride in all sorts of other situations. I use a lot of them.

Maulstick. This stick is used carefully handmade and prevent smudging your work (figure. 1.).

The broom. The broom is sometimes used to clean debris from your work. Evita also smears and you save time because you must delete the less (see Figure 2).

A sheet of paper, of bonds. You gave this sheet under the hand of design, once again to avoid blur, while drawing that you are working.

"Pencil Sharpener". You'll need a rugged small road and electric industrial strength for your studio.

The term of a fixative. Is a spray used to repair the finished portrait. This protects the design and is safe for future smudges (Figure 3).

Rubber. You need two types: 1. vinyl, and; 2. one kneaded. Vinyl Eraser is the usual hard rectangular. Kneaded Eraser is a species of gray, which acts as a mastic (Fig. 4.).

Ruler. Regular 12 inch ruler of metal will suffice. Make sure that you can easily read the divisions on a ruler.

Tortillons Mixture. They are the spiral wound cones used for darker areas, producing a lighter one (Figure 5).

Tissue paper. As a further blending using tissue paper.

This is all about. How to practice (practice), you should try some of the tools mentioned above and see if you fit the drawing mode. Be flexible, but try to work on the final pencil portrait drawing style, a feeling of comfort to you and includes a subset of the tools above used in a specific practice and almost unconscious.
